Event Activity Reporting (EAR) is available in Applicant Open Days (AOD), Pre-Applicant Open Days (POD), Event Manager (EVM) and Mobile Event Capture (MEC).
In the following example, you will see how we have assigned the user 'Dom Yeadon' and the team 'Central A' as being responsible for the success of this EVM Webinar event. We have also made sure that every student who attends will be automatically associated with 'Glenmoor School' in their "Contact Manager:Schools" occurrence.
1 - Activity Type: you select which type of activity this event comes under for reporting purposes (ie: "04. Open Webinar") - more about Activity Types.
2 - User: you select which user this event is assigned to for reporting purposes, ie: "Dom Yeadon (User ID: 3664)".
3 - Team: you select which team this event is assigned to for reporting purposes, ie: "Central A". - more about Teams.
4 - Association Type: you select which Association you want to get automatically applied to every student captured for this event (ie: "used to study at this school") - more about Associations.
5 - With this party: you select which app the other party in the automatic association is in (ie: "Contact Manager:Schools").
6 - Select record: you select the other party, ie: "Glenmoor School (ID: 10457)".
